ATO Key Dates for May 2024
The Australian Taxation Office has announced the following key dates to look out for in May 2024.
15 May
Lodge 2023 tax returns for all entities that did not have to lodge earlier (including all remaining consolidated groups) and are not eligible for the 5 June concession.
Due date for companies and super funds to pay if required.
Catch up concessional contributions
Catch up contributions may be available to taxpayers who have a total balance in superannuation of less than $500,000 at the end of the previous financial.
