Rikki started his career in the Financial Planning industry in 2013 whilst still studying at university. Since then, Rikki has regularly enhanced his skills and qualifications and received top industry qualification of Certified Financial Planner in 2023. Rikki Joined Benjamin King Money Wealth in February 2025 as a Financial Planner. Rikki specialises in Retirement planning, Tax management, Insurance, Wealth creation, Superannuation and goal-based strategies. In addition, Rikki has experience in aged care, debt management, and cash flow management. Rikki believes that a collaborative and educational approach with his clients produces the best financial and personal outcomes.
Grant joined Benjamin King Money Wealth in November 2020 and has 12 years experience as a financial planner. Key areas of specialization are retirement planning, investment, superannuation/SMSF and risk insurance. In addition to this, Grant has experience in Aged Care, Debt Management and Cashflow Management. Grant has successfully run his own financial planning business and previously worked in both technical and commercial roles in the Chemicals industry. He takes a strategic approach with his client’s investments and likes to spend time educating them so that they feel confident in their financial future.

Yanan Qiao joined DFK Benjamin King Money in 2023 as Head of Asia-Pacific Taxation & Accounting. With over 20 years of corporate advisory experience spanning multiple industries, her career includes key roles at several Australian listed companies and Chinese state-owned enterprises, equipping her with a unique cross-cultural perspective and profound understanding of financial regulations. Her extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financing, business valuation, market entry for expanding businesses, international tax regulations, and tax planning makes her an asset in driving successful cross-border or local business operations.

Marie manages the Human Resources, Administration and Corporate Secretarial divisions of the Firm. She joined in 1985 and with over 30 years’ service, she can assist in just about any aspect of the Practice. Marie’s loyalty has always remained with the Firm and she is always willing to assist in providing a solution. Marie has a Diploma in Human Resources Management, is a Certified Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and an Accredited DISC ADVANCED consultant.
Jamin Ong, promoted to Principal in 2022, brings 26 years of industry experience to DFK BKM, where he has worked for the past 4 years. Specializing in audit and financial reporting, Jamin is recognized for his proactive and responsive approach, consistently delivering quality services on time and enhancing customer loyalty. Jamin’s professional goals include being a trustworthy and reliable advisor, using his extensive knowledge and experience to add value to the services delivered. His commitment to excellence and client satisfaction has made him a key asset to the firm.
Darren has expertise in business services, taxation, audit and due diligence gained from over 10 years’ experience in business services and over 15 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry. Darren’s focus is to establish a trusted relationship with clients to ensure their holistic financial and planning needs are met.
Kevin Adams has been an integral part of DFK BKM for 9 years, bringing over 40 years of industry experience to his role. Appointed as Audit Director in October 2016, Kevin is a Registered Company Auditor and External Examiner of Solicitor Trust Accounts. He holds a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy and is responsible for all audit-related assignments, including financial reporting and not-for-profit advisory. Kevin’s notable achievements include assisting a Chinese-based manufacturer in listing on the ASX, supporting an ASX biotechnology company in its NASDAQ listing, and producing a Model Financial Report for local government. He also played a key role in the Institute of Chartered Accountants task force for Local Government Budgets in Victoria and has been involved in the audit of a forestry group in New Zealand.
Paul was appointed Director in 2025 and brings nearly two decades of experience to his role at DFK BKM. Paul’s expertise includes tax compliance, tax consulting, business advisory and Virtual CFO. Paul has implemented several complex group restructures and tax consulting projects for corporate and high net worth clients. Paul is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser, advising on both taxation and business-related matters for small to medium businesses and high net wealth groups.
Daniel has been a Director since July 2021 and has over 10 years of experience in public practice. He started with the firm as a graduate superannuation accountant which has now become his specialist area. Daniel prides himself on assisting clients with their annual compliance requirements for their accounting, taxation and superannuation and provides his expertise with their retirement strategies. Daniel is a member of ICAA and a SMSF Association Adviser.
Brent has been a Director since 2013 and has over 20 years experience in public practice. Brent’s area of expertise include taxation, business services and superannuation compliance. He is currently providing his expertise working with a number of property development and investment clients through his relationship with various property mentoring groups. He also provides consulting and advice in self-managed superannuation and retirement strategies. Brent is a member of ICAA, Taxation Institute of Victoria and the SMSF Association.

Promoted to Director in 2009, Tim boasts an impressive 36 years of industry experience. His specialization in tax consulting and business valuation has made him a trusted advisor and a key player in the firm’s success. Tim’s commitment to excellence and professional growth is reflected in his longstanding tenure and leadership within the company.
Terry has been a Principal of the firm since 2000 and has more than 20 years’ experience in professional practice. His areas of expertise include accounting, income tax, information technology and business management for small to medium size business and high net worth groups. Terry is passionate about working closely with the client to gain a deep understanding of their financial and business affairs in order to provide strategic and proactive advice.

Cheree has been a Director of the firm since 2004 and CEO since 2013 after joining the firm in 1987 as a graduate. Cheree’s areas of expertise include business services, income tax, audit and self managed superannuation funds. Her clients include SMEs, family businesses, professionals, investors and high net-worth individuals across many varied industries. Cheree is a Chartered Accountant & Chartered Tax Adviser. She is known for her strong personal relationships with her clients, based on trust and understanding their needs. At the 2023 global conference in Miami, Cheree was appointed to the position of DFK International Vice President for Asia Pacific. She previously served as the chairman of DFK Australia New Zealand for four years. The new appointment provides DFK BKM with a more significant presence in the Asia Pacific region, to be able to better serve clients across 1/3 of the globe.
