The DFK Benjamin King Money leadership group has spent the past 2 days at our annual strategic conference where the theme was ‘Building an Employer of Choice Culture’.
Trudy MacDonald from Talentcode HR facilitated day 1 – The outcome is to build a High Performance Culture. On day 2, we focused on the strategic vision of our Wealth, Audit, SMSF and VCFO divisions. We finished the conference with a high level overview of the very positive results of our recent client survey.
